FEATURE 1 | Online Payments

As a resident, there are few things worse than having to go through a complicated process to pay your rent. MRI Resident Connect gives your residents visibility into their statement history from the start of their lease to today. With seamless integrations with MRI RentPayment or a payment provider in the MRI Partner Connect network, residents will be able to view their balance at a glance and automatically logged into their payment portal with one click to see those pending payments so there’s no question for them about whether their payment went through or not.

FEATURE 2 | Service Requests

How many times a day are you interrupted by a phone call from a resident reporting a leaky faucet or a light bulb in a tricky location that needs to be replaced? MRI Resident Connect takes the middleman out of the service request process –data entry is done by the residents and with no limit to the number of email addresses that can receive notifications when the service request is submitted, the maintenance team, without a doubt, will be notified when there’s a pending request and can take immediate action.

Planning a holiday party? Having a vendor sponsoring an event for residents? Offering coffee and apple cider donuts in the mornings on Mondays in December? The Event Calendar in MRI Resident Connect will show residents your upcoming events when they log in, and

gives them visibility into all of your upcoming events through a calendar view.

FEATURE 4 | Online Renewals

Give your residents visibility into their renewal options and access to choose the option that makes the most sense for them. With the flexible setup options, you can select which renewal terms to show them and decide whether you want to let them give their notice

to vacate online, as well.

FEATURE 5 | Renters Insurance Management

Take the hassle of managing required renters' insurance off of your hands by taking advantage of using MRI’s Multifamily Insurance Program as your preferred provider. With options to pay for insurance as part of their rent with your standard liability and personal property coverage, personalize their own insurance coverage, or upload proof of third-party insurance – all of which is automatically updated in MRI once the resident makes their choice.

FEATURE 6 | Updated Resident Profile Reminders

Residents can log in and make updates to their profile at any time, but they’ll be prompted during their renewal to make sure that everything is up to date. If they put in their notice to vacate, then they’ll also be prompted to add a forwarding address so you don’t have to chase them down for that information so you can send out their security refund.
