Their Multifamily Intelligent Insurance Program uses AI to create a new insurance policy when a resident chooses your preferred provider which is automatically uploaded into MRI. They also layer in a team of verification experts to ensure that the third-party policy is compliant with your requirements and to reach out to the resident directly when they’re not compliant.

Give your tech savvy service team access to their scheduled work orders through the Service Hub app! Available on both Android and Apple devices your maintenance team will use their existing MRI credentials to view their assigned work orders, update the status of the work orders, take pictures and add details, and have the tenant sign off on the completed work.
